Busy Bees Estate Services

Amber S. King – Creative Design partnered with Busy Bees Estate Services to create a professional online presence for this locally owned estate cleanout and property service business serving Colville and the surrounding Northeast Washington region. The goal was to build a clear, trustworthy website that explains their services, supports customer inquiries, and gives the business a polished foundation as they grow.

The new website was designed and developed with a clean, approachable layout that helps visitors quickly understand who Busy Bees is, what services they offer, where they work, and how to request help. The site includes dedicated pages for the business overview, services, service area, contact, and privacy policy, along with a mobile-friendly design built for customers who may be searching from a phone.

The project also included professional email setup through Google Workspace, contact form functionality, email forwarding, customer confirmation emails, Google Search Console connection, sitemap and robots.txt setup, SSL/domain testing, and final live-site quality assurance.

To support future marketing efforts, a custom branded QR code was also created in both SVG and high-resolution PNG format. The QR code links directly to the Busy Bees website and can be used on printed materials, signage, business cards, flyers, and other local marketing pieces.

Impact:

Busy Bees Estate Services now has a professional, search-ready website and business email foundation that helps establish credibility, streamline customer communication, and make it easier for potential clients to learn about their services. The finished site gives the business a clean, dependable online home and a strong starting point for future visibility and marketing.
