Roots on the Road

Roots on the Road is a mobile healthcare business rooted in compassion and community care. Partnering with Amber S. King – Creative Design, they received not only a full brand and website launch, but also advanced systems that elevate their service delivery and internal operations.

Most recently, we completed a comprehensive project to support their Supervised Parent/Child Visitation (SPCV) program. This included an expanded service page, automated intake workflows, custom forms with digital signatures, and a secure online payment system—all designed to streamline client onboarding, ensure legal compliance, and reduce administrative burden.

Impact:
The new SPCV platform allows Roots on the Road to manage complex visitation logistics efficiently and professionally. With automated email confirmations, workflow tracking, PDF resource delivery, and online scheduling, the organization is better positioned to serve families with clarity and care.
