King – Creative Design partnered with Rachelle Latapie, an established REALTOR® in Northeast Washington, to elevate her digital presence and create a modern, high-converting website that fully reflects her “Pink Realtor × PNW” brand. The goal was to transition Rachelle away from an expensive third-party real estate platform and build a site she owns and controls—one that emphasizes credibility, warmth, and local expertise while reducing ongoing costs.

The new website features a clean, mobile-optimized design built on Wix Studio, with clear navigation and purposeful calls to action. Phase 1 includes a compelling homepage, detailed about and contact pages, a consultation booking flow, and a dynamic testimonials section showcasing verified Google reviews. The project also launched form-gated Buyer’s and Seller’s Guides, complete with automated email delivery to leads and real-time notifications routed to her CRM tool. With SEO foundations, responsive formatting, and a cohesive brand identity, Sold by Rachelle now has a professional, search-ready platform that strengthens her reputation, generates qualified leads, and positions her business for scalable growth.
