The Community Advertising Board Program began with Mr. Sub in Colville, Washington.
The custom exterior display combines a dedicated area for Mr. Sub's daily specials and announcements with six permanent advertising spaces for other local businesses.
All six advertising placements have been filled.
While all advertising spaces at Mr. Sub are filled, I'm gathering interest from businesses that would like to advertise at future participating locations.
How Does Advertising Work?
Participating in the Community Advertising Board Program is designed to be straightforward, from your initial inquiry to the completed display.
1. Express Your Interest
Complete the short interest form to let me know about your business and where you'd be interested in advertising.
2. Explore Available Opportunities
As new host locations are confirmed, I'll contact interested businesses with information about advertising availability, pricing, and placement details.
3. Complete Your Advertising Agreement
Once you've selected an available opportunity, you'll receive an Annual Advertising Agreement outlining the advertising term, placement fees, artwork requirements, and other important details.
Advertising space is reserved upon receipt of payment.
4. Prepare Your Advertisement
I'll work with your existing logo, branding, business information, and available images to create a custom advertisement for the display.
You'll have an opportunity to review and approve the final design before production.
5. Your Advertisement Goes on Display
Once all participating advertisements are finalized, the completed board is professionally produced and displayed at the selected host location for the agreed advertising term.

How much does advertising cost?
Annual advertising placement is $750, including professional advertisement design. This covers one advertising space for the agreed 12-month term. Location-specific details and availability will be provided when new opportunities become available.
How long will my advertisement be displayed?
Advertising placements are offered for an annual term. Exact start and end dates are outlined in the Annual Advertising Agreement for the selected location.
Can I change my advertisement during the year?
Because advertisements are incorporated into a permanent printed board, changes after production may require additional design and printing costs. Any requested changes are subject to review and approval.
Do I need to design my own advertisement?
No. Professional advertisement design is included with every placement. I'll work with your business information and existing branding to create an advertisement that fits the board's specifications.
Can another business in my industry advertise on the same board?
While advertising placements are not exclusive, I make an effort to avoid placing direct competitors on the same board whenever possible. All advertisements are subject to approval and any restrictions established with the host business.
Does joining the interest list guarantee an advertising space?
No. Joining the interest list allows me to contact you when advertising opportunities become available. It does not reserve or guarantee a placement.
Am I obligated to purchase advertising if I join the list?
Not at all. Joining the interest list is free, and there's no obligation to participate when an opportunity becomes available.
Will advertising guarantee new customers or sales?
The program provides opportunities for local visibility, but advertising results vary. Specific numbers of inquiries, customers, or sales cannot be guaranteed.
